If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, just call us toll free at 866-843-3294 and we'll help you arrange for your return. Once we receive your return, we'll replace the item or refund you for the price of the product. There are never any restocking fees at PoolDawg. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning products. 60 day guarantee is effective from the date of purchase. PoolDawg, at its sole discretion, may void this guarantee if there is evidence of abuse or mishandling.

Shipping Information
Shipping charges may be calculated by adding items to the shopping cart, entering your zip code, choosing a shipping method and clicking the calculate shipping button. Please be advised that PoolDawg.com only collects sales tax for orders originating from the state of Colorado. Customers placing orders from any other state or country are responsible for any taxes or tariffs that their local governments may apply.

UPS Shipping Schedule

Place your in-stock order before 2:00 pm MST Monday through Friday, and your order will be rushed out the door that same day. As long as your request is in stock we guarantee the very best turn-around time. If for some reason we don't get it out that day, we'll make sure to contact you in the event of a stock outage or other delay.

PoolDawg offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75. This offer is for ground service to the 48 contiguous United States using UPS or USPS.

PoolDawg ships products all over the world. Please note that in some cases where we are not able to verify the billing address of the credit card, you will be asked to provide us with additional information via fax. Regular ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States takes any where from 3 to 6 business days. Time in transit quotes and scheduled delivery dates can be located at the UPS web site once you receive confirmation of shipment and a tracking number has been issued.

How To Order Through the Web
Choose your product or products:
1. Choose an item you would like to purchase and click the image or product name to open the product details page.
2. Select the appropriate weight, size or color and quantity.
3. Click "add to cart".
4. Add any additional items by clicking the Products Navigation buttons.

When you are ready to check out:
1. Click the "Purchase" button on the shopping cart page or select "check out" button at the bottom right of any page. At this point you are on secure pages for the balance of the transaction.
2. Enter your billing information / shipping information
3. Click the "Submit" button
4. Verify your billing information and product information.
5. Enter your credit card information where requested.
6. Select "Check Out".
7. Print a copy of your order for your records.

1. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received.
2. We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped.
