Back in 1969, a snooker tournament in Great Britain was televised to show the promise of color TV. Between the green felt and the colored balls on the table it makes sense, right? The tournament televised beautifully and was a huge success, helping to spur on a resurgence of snooker in both the UK and the United States.
Anyways, the point is that the ELSNK10 by Elite is a beautiful snooker cue. Constructed from a piece of solid ash and then fitted with a precision brass joint, this cue also has gorgeous rosewood in the sleeve and some rounded black points. Needless to say, if this cue were used during that tournament back in the 60s, it would've looked amazing on television.

nice cue, but build quality is poor 08/03/2014
Johnmy cue is usable, but: the centre join is slightly off-centre. as the cue pieces are a matched pair, they screw together well alligned. but the extra shaft I got does not align well, so you feel the sharp edge of the brass join as you run your hand along the cue, and it is also not straight. the weight was also off, 16oz instead of 17oz as ordered.Customer Service Comments:
they were very helpful in the ordering... but I'm not trying to return the cue.
