I wanted to find a 52” cue that weighed 19oz and was able to fined this one at PoolDawg. It arrived very quickly. Super fast shipping! Unfortunately it was curved badly, like a banana. You couldn’t see that flaw in the wrapper but it was quite noticible when I took it out. I called customer service and they were very nice, and extremely helpful and efficient. I received a new one very quickly and it is perfect; straight as an arrow. They didn’t make me pay to ship the bad one back. I’m very impressed with their products and their excellent service. I will buy more items. Thanks!
