I had a problem with the first one of these I ordered and it was replaced immediately by the PD staff with no fuss at all even though I am an international customer. As for the case itself, it's a great way to store your spare cues (my use) and sturdy enough for a daily player. Big pockets, good stitching. My only gripe might be that the lid is a tight fit if you use joint protectors but otherwise worth the money.
