I have always had very good luck with this company and been very pleased with all of the products. This cue was a Valentine's Day present from my boyfriend, and is the best V-Day gift I've ever gotten. I love the graphics. It is made well and plays really smoothly. I feel the joint at which the shaft and butt connect is much sturdier than that of other cues I have used. Overall I am beyond pleased with the produc and service, yet again!
