    • Bought this to play around with. Ended up putting in the lathe and reshaping the taper to a 10mm x 330mm pro-taper. I installed an Elk Master tip and replaced the brass ferrule ring with a short piece of aluminum arrow shaft. The shaft is now quite good for shooting over and around balls, also it draws like nobodies business (2 full lengths of a bar box). Long straight shots and long English shots are however pretty difficult. Think I'm gonna make a tight grained white oak shaft with the same dimensions and compare.

    • I just recently bought myself an Elite ELSNK01 Snooker Cue as a Christmas present because my wife said she would never be able to select an appropriate one for me. This week, I used it for the first time and found it to be just what I wanted. I selected the 16 oz. model and found the weight to be just right. It feels great in my hands and I played very well at The Seniors' Centre on Monday. Thanks for the great deal.
