  • 0.3 product Mike 2014-10-30" 1.0 5.0 5 If you are the kind of player who sees the game as an art blended with science, this is the shaft for you. I've shot with other brands, but the OB2+ sticks out above them all in my opinion. The OB2+ is a beautifully crafted shaft that elevates your game to another level if you are looking to do so. To start, there is notable difference in how the cue ball feels when you make contact with it. This is important when you are making a precise shot that requires a light touch to leave the cue where you want it so the next shot is exactly as you planned. This is a big improvement to your game if you use it. Second, the smaller tip diameter combined with a soft tip (my personal preference is the Kamui Soft) gives you maximum control when you need to control the cue ball to a leave area that is far away from the object ball. You can easily draw the ball back the distance of the table without miscuing. Bottom line, it looks good and it feels good. The rest is up to you.

    Customer Service Comments:
Excellent customer service, they reached out to me when they were out of a particular tip and offered a similar tip at a comparable price to get me my order in a reasonable amount of time.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
  • 0.3 product Mike 2014-07-10" 1.0 5.0 5 This cue is a great cue to purchase if you are looking to step up your game as an amateur with your own cue. The no wrap grip is a personal preference for people, I prefer having no wrap, much like house cues. I went with a 19oz weighted cue and the balance is excellent, great transfer of energy with every shot. The 13mm tip is a bit much, even if it was 12.75 it would be nice. However the 5280 Redline by Tiger tip is phenomenal, it is a softer cue tip than most others but I feel it is better for beginners so they get a better feel of the cue ball connecting with the cue stick. All in all, this is an excellent cue to start with and upgrade eventually.

  • 0.3 product Mike 2013-10-03" 1.0 5.0 5 I've been using this cue for a little over two months now and it has help up great. It shoots very smoothly you get good action on the cue ball and surprisingly the shaft handles very well. Throw in a shaper for your tip and you have a cue that not only handles well but looks very sleek on the table people will think you paid more than you did for it. Also a main reason I went with this model was because it had no wrap the hard wood is beautiful and feels very comfortable. A very worthwhile investment for anybody playing pool a couple days a week.
