This Scorpion Pool Cue bumper is attached to a silver butt cap. This bumper/butt cap combo will fit Scorpion and Cuetec cues that have a silver butt plate including the Scorpion GRPBRK Break Cue. The bumper is threaded so it will screw right into the butt end of the cue. There is also a screw that locks the rubber bumper part to the butt cap. This is a complete set.
