I am not sure I would even give this a one star rating. When it arrived my husband and I started the process of putting it together. It didn't take us long to figure out that the rack was very poorly made. The rails were rainbowed, the holes for the dowl pens did not line up. We were unable to put it together and had to send it back. I then went to a supply store and looked at the exact same rack and found it to also be poorly made and scratched. We then went with the simply rack and it is working just fine.
