Overview
The Action Black pool tip tapper is designed with a series of spikes at one end to perforate the tip of your cue; this helps the cue to hold chalk better. Then, by tapping the chalk into the tip, you will actually keep that chalk in your shot. This process makes it so that you are less likely to miscue, thus achieving better ball control in your shot. Decent tool for the money. Compact and easy to transport. A bit awkward to use but, it is able to permiate the cue tip without massive damage making the tip more condusive to chalk adhesion. I think you could get the same results if you just spend a bit more money and get a good tip tool.
