I wanted a cue with a little stiffer hit as I play a lot of straight pool and one pocket. For the money, you cannot beat this cue! It looks great, comes with a nice tip and hits like a 5000 dollar cue. If you don't have a lot to spend, buy this, you won't be disappointed!

Taper is a little short and tip it comes with is a bit hard but you can't go wrong with a joss.
