Simply put it on top of any table and because of the unique weighted design, two cues will rest safely and securely in the Q-Claw holder. Before purchasing this I can't even think of how many times I unintentionally put dings or dents in my cue. After making this purchase I have drastically reduced the number of times I accidentally damage my cue by leaning it in the wrong place.

I've seen many cue holders over the last 30 years of playing. Clips and clams, stands and hooks. I've found that many are good but aren't versatile. Others are too bulky to be practical to travel with them. The Q Claw holds my cue securely without being intrusive. It's only drawback is the weight. When in my case it significantly adds to the weight of the case, but all things considered the weight is worth having something that won't slide and can be used on any flat surface.
