I just put a new tip on my break cue. this tool made quick work of shaping it up even with the ultra hard tip i used. you can replace the sand paper strips easily, and cut your own to fit. i would have gave it a five star but the paper slips out the open end once in a while i just needed to keep my finger over it. Over all I'm very pleased
