favorite tip
Rank: Hustler
So i have used a varity of tips before, kamui, le pro, elk master, and a few others, personally this is by far my favorite tip, it lasts like a medium, plays like a soft, and some of the best ball control you can get in my personal opinion, but in the end pool all comes down to how you like to play, but this is deffinately one i would highly recommend, after my first one, i ended up putting one on all my play cues and my gf's cue i got her, the tip changes pooldawg does are flawless, but if you already have the cue you can go to your local pool repair place, or do it yourself, theres lot of places you can learn how, its not to hard, but i would recommend using cheap tips to try and figure it out first, these are very nice tips, and a cheaper alternative to using a kamui.
not in the best shape when new

I had this tip put on a new shaft i bought. when it arrived, the top of the tip was not even; hence i had to work the tip with sand paper. i do not know if this is a characteristic of new tips due to how they are manufactured. The top of the tip had a circular ring that had a non-even layer. once I had ground the top of tip off, i then had a smooth surface.
As to how the tip plays; it is great, it is not too hard, so the slighty softer feel allows for more english and a better feel on contact. This is better than some of the harder tip when a delicate shot is required.
Great Tip!
