This Action x Summit INL12SUM pool cue was returned back to us within our 60 day return policy. The butt of this cue has gotten some slight scratches on the sleeve, but these are very minor and hardly noticable. The Summit low deflection shaft that comes with this cue is in great condition. It just has some slight chalks staining but still has lots of life left. Dont miss out on a discounted cue in this condition!
