What Exactly Is PoolDawg?
Well, I'm glad you asked. Back in 2003 we decided that there should be a supremely awesome place to buy pool cues and billiard supplies. We also decided that the people who work at that place should be equally awesome. So, we talked to a bunch of guys who make billiards equipment, built ourselves a website and PoolDawg was born. We also decided that we couldn't call the company PoolDawg without having a mascot. Since our fearless leader is a huge fan of the Travelocity Roaming Gnome, we decided that Frank T. Dawg (our mascot) would be a
shameless ripoff homage to that delightful little guy.
Since our first day on the job, we've helped well over 100,000 die hard pool players find the the perfect products. We've grown our product offering from about 500 to over 3,000 and have one of the largest selections of pool cues online. How long is it going to take me to get my stuff?
It depends on what you buy, where you're located and what shipping option you choose. Most of the products we carry ship within 1 business day and if you get your order in before 1PM MST (and it doesn't have any customization or labor) we usually can get it shipped out that same day. We offer both UPS and USPS shipping options for your convenience and if your order is over $99 (and you live in the lower 48 United States), the shipping is free. What happens if I buy something and don't like it?
We know that sometimes it's hard to know if you'll like a product before you actually have it in your hands. That's why we have our 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
