As players ourselves, we know that pool is a unique sport where intricacies in “feel” can affect performance and understand that you need some time to actually play with the equipment to determine if it meets your preferences.  If you have been playing with your new gear for a few weeks and you’re still not loving it, we can take it back for an exchange or a refund. 

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Order your product and we’ll ship it out FAST!
  2. Once received, crack open that box and inspect all items thoroughly before use. If everything looks good, start playing with your new gear and see how you like it.
  3. You’ll have 60-days from when you received it to test it out risk free!

If you aren’t 100% happy with any of the parts of your order, then you can take advantage of our satisfaction guarantee!

Almost everything is covered by our 60-day satisfaction guarantee!  But…. (queue the fine print)

Here’s what is not covered ☹:

Upgrade and service fees are nonrefundable. This would include Wrap change upgrades, engraving services, tip changes upgrades.

1) Any charges for customizations or alteration to your pool cue (such as engravings, tip changes and wrap changes) are not refundable. However, the regular value would still be honored for exchanges or refunds. 

Consumable items such as Installed tips and cloth or used chalk and cleaners are NOT eligible for returns.

2) Consumable items including: used chalk, cleaning solutions, installed table felt, and applied cue tips. Returns and refunds are not accepted once these products have been used or installed.

Guarantees will void entirely if there is any evidence of mishandling or abuse.

3) Items with excessive damage from abuse or mishandling. If the returned items are broken or all "jacked-up", we will void the guarantee.

Restocking Fees - Only for REFUNDS over $700

  • NO RESTOCKING FEES for exchanges of equal or greater value!
  • NO RESTOCKING FEES for returns under $700!

Just a small 10% restocking fee for refund returns over $700 to discourage the abuse of our return policy on high-end products.

Damaged or Missing Item Penalties

Normal wear-and-tear of the product will not impact the exchange or refund value. However, damage from mishandling or missing parts may prevent a full value exchange/refund or, in extreme cases, void the return.

Scratches, dents, chips, missing parts, or other permanent blemishes that devalue the product may be subject to a "damaged return penalty". The penalty would be based on the severity of the damage.

Transparency is key! Let us know what is coming back and if all original parts are present. We encourage sending pictures if you are returning products that do not meet the "good-as-new" standard so we can be transparent with potential penalties before they are mailed back!

Clearance and Certified Pre-Owned

Limited Edition and Extremely High-End Pool Cues

Some limited/special edition or extremely high-end pool cues may not apply to our satisfaction guarantee once chalked or used. It will be stated on the product page if the specific product is exempt.
