This Action Impact IMP78 Pool Cue is has never been used but has a small blemish in the collar of the shaft. While you can see this small flaw, it is purely aesthetic and cannot be felt. Other than that, the cue is new and looks fantastic, with alternating blue and pink neon stripes.
The cue weight is set at 19oz but can be adjusted upon request.
