When it comes to break cues, there are two schools of thought. Some like their break cues to be extra heavy to get more power while others like their breakers to be extra light in order to get the cue moving as fast as possible.

Named after the old locomotives that barreled through the western plains, this break cue is truly like no other. The black saddle leather wrap runs from the base of the forearm all the way down to the butt plate allowing for maximum comfort and grip. The hard rock maple shaft is built with a black phenolic tip and ferrule combo, giving every break extra power and speed to go with the unique feel that comes with every Outlaw cue.

This Scorpion break pool cue stick has a number of special features that make it a great choice to start of a game of pool. First, it is balanced in order to increase stroke velocity, it delivers a smooth transfer of energy through the extra hard leather tip and stainless steel ferrule technology, and it has raised nickel silver "Power Rings" which allow for better grip and control on the break.

Check with your leagues on this one, because this cue might get you into some trouble due to its specs. You have a 13.5mm phenolic tip, a phenolic ferrule, the jumping stability ring and a reverse taper in the butt to give you a little more giddyup.
