Before we get into that though, yes we do offer Free Shipping. If your retail order is $99 or more and you're shipping to the lower 48 United States, we'll throw in ground shipping for free (Note: This offer does not apply for APA league operator wholesale pricing).

PoolDawg ships products all over the world. The list is too long to display here, so if you want to check, just use our shipping calculator in your shopping cart. Please note that in some cases where we are not able to verify the billing address of the credit card, you will be asked to provide us with additional information. If your country isn't on the list, we can still ship to you, but we will require you to send payment via Western Union. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details. Please be aware that you are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes from your local government.
How To Order Online
Choose your product or products:
Choose an item you would like to purchase and click the image or product name to open the product details page.
Select the appropriate weight, size or color and quantity.
Click "add to cart".
Add any additional items by clicking the Products Navigation buttons.
When you are ready to check out:
Click the "Checkout" button on the shopping cart page
Enter your billing information / shipping information
Click the "Submit" button
Verify your billing information and product information
Enter your credit card information where requested (don't worry, we use top of the line SSL encryption for your safety and security)
Select "Check Out"
Print a copy of your order for your records
Email and Order Confirmations
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes letting you know that we've received your order. Typically within one business day, you'll receive a second email letting you know that your order has shipped. This email will include a UPS tracking number.
Aside from your order and shipping confirmation emails, you may receive an email that says your order is on hold pending further review. This can happen when your billing information doesn't match what your credit card company has on file. If you receive this email, just call us toll free at 866-843-3294 and we'll get the order straightened out and on its way to you.
Please note: Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancelation. Additionally, products and packaging do change from time to time. We make every effort to keep our pictures and specifications up to date, but if you have any questions about a product, don't hesitate to call or email us.
