The Elite EP39 is one of a new design out there that has the matte finish instead of a high gloss. This cue has a burgundy stained forearm, double silver rings and no wrap that has a matte finish. The cue comes in 18-21oz with a 13mm Tiger Everest tip and is weight adjustable.
