Mark Finkelstein

Mark Finkelstein Mark Finkelstein brings nearly 60 years of experience to the table as an ACS Level 4 and PBIA Master Instructor. He currently serves as the house professional at Slate and Eastside Billiards in NYC and writes the Instructional Column for NYC Grind. Mark also regularly publishes lessons through Easy Pool Tutor and various other pool publications. He authored the book, “Pool Ramblings,” available from McNally Jackson publishers. Additionally, he teaches pool seminars across the United States as a staff member of the National Billiards Academy. Mark plays a highly active role in the industry: he works with both the PBIA and the ACS Instructor Committees, teaches private lessons in the New York City area, hosts exhibitions, and runs corporate tournaments. He also donates his time to schools and charities to promote the game of pool. As an accomplished player, Mark competed in Japan, the Philippines, the West Coast, and throughout the New York area.
